Successful week Transport Middle East 2026

Bemo Rail colleagues Arno Logman and Max Logeman travelled to Cairo, Egypt, where the first valuable conversations and new connections were already taking place before the exhibition officially got underway.

Ahead of Transport Middle East, several meetings were scheduled. Among others, Arno met with EEA, one of Egypt’s oldest companies and a representative of several Dutch companies. It was an interesting introduction that left a very positive impression. Tuesday also brought a full schedule of meetings, with Max joining the first discussions.

Transport Middle East 2026 gets underway

From Wednesday onwards, Arno and Max could be found at Stand 9 at Transport Middle East. The first day of the exhibition immediately generated several promising leads related to crane rail systems. There were also discussions about our rail and shunting solutions, as well as further talks with a potential local representative.

The second day of the exhibition was somewhat quieter, but this provided a good opportunity to continue earlier discussions in more depth and welcome several business contacts to our stand. Even after the exhibition, another meeting was scheduled with a company interested in our shunting solutions.

All in all, we look back on a successful week in Cairo, with interesting meetings, new connections and concrete opportunities to further strengthen Bemo Rail’s presence in the region.
