Looking back at a special celebration in 2025 for Bemo Rail

This week marks exactly one year since we at Bemo Rail spent three days celebrating something special together.

Not just an event, but a moment in which many things came together: past, present, and future, as AI would say.

The immediate reason was the transfer of management from one Druijf generation to the next. Not a major break or change in direction, but naturally a logical next step.

During those three days, we welcomed a wide range of people to our company in Warmenhuizen: customers, partners, family, and people from the local community.

We showed everyone what we work on every day, and how we do it, and of course sometimes also with whom.

What has especially stayed with us are the conversations: on the one hand, meetings between people who have known each other for years, and on the other hand, new faces stepping inside for the first time.

And that is ultimately what it is all about.

In our sector, the focus is often on technology, systems, and performance, which is completely understandable, as it forms the foundation of what we do. But without strong collaboration and trust, you get nowhere, and that was once again very clear during those three days.

One year later, we look back on it with a good feeling. Not only as a milestone, but also as a confirmation of what we stand for.
